does shoprite, the grocery store have an app for the android like it does for the iphone?

The android market does not have an applicaiton made by Shoprite. There are certainly applications that will help you find a shoprite near you but none that will provide much more than that.

Are you listening Shoprite? there is a market on android too for applications, and they are easier to write in java!

I work for MyWebGrocer and we just released this app for ShopRite on Friday. The app allows you to search weekly specials at your local ShopRite store, quickly build a shopping list, and check off items as you shop. New features in this app include offline custom list building and Facebook & Twitter app integration. Just search ShopRite in the Android marketplace to find it.
