AK Notepad is a basic notepad for entering information that can be copied and pasted elsewhere, scheduled as a reminder or forwarded to another person. AK Notepad provides you an off-line notepad, which allows you to quickly input notes and schedule them for later use. This app is great for taking typed notes on the fly, but lacks advanced styling options.

You can download this on the Market here.

AK Notepad provides a very basic main page that allows you to quickly enter a new note, or reference and add to a note that has already been created. To enter a new note, all you must do is press the "+ Add Note" button, seen at the top of the above screen shot. Once the Add Note button is pressed you will see an image that mimics a piece of lined paper.

When you have completed your entry you have the option to edit the title (which will be displayed on the main page), setting a reminder, discarding the note, or share the note with others. If you don't add a tittle, the app will use wording from the first line of your note as the title. You can add a new title at any time by selecting the "Edit Title" button, after long pressing the menu button on your phone.

Would you use your Android as an e-reader?
