PicSay provides photo editing software for you phone. If you are using Android 2.0 or higher and have a phone with multi-touch support, you will be able to perform pinch zooming with this app. Crop photos, blur images add titles and captions with PicSay. You can download this on the Market here.
PicSay can import the pictures in your phone into a menu for viewing, the photo you are currently working with will appear in the upper right corner of the screen. Once you have opened the image you want to work with, you can now use pinch zooming if it is enabled. For this example we will be making alterations to an image of a Samsung Moment from ChiGTUG last week.
When you open the Menu in PicSay you will see options to add a Word Balloon, Effects, Titles and Props. The menu can be seen in the image to the lower left of this paragraph. The first option we will try out is the Word Balloon selection. When you open the Word Balloon menu you will see a box at the top of the screen. This is the location you will add the desired text to be displayed in the word balloon. After you have entered the text you can make the color selection for your word balloon. Next, press the arrow to the right of the text balloon at the top of the page to select the shape. When you are finished making your selections press the green check mark and your balloon will be posted over the image for you to place it where you want it to go.
