Advanced Task Killer is a quick and easy way to trim your memory footprint and keep your applications in check. It also comes with a nice little widget which you can kill running process with ease.

Advanced Task Killer comes with a main screen with several tabs (Applications, Processes, System and Uninstall) and a very easy to use widget to manage what is running on your system and to get some good information about each program individually.
Applications This tab will show you the current running applications on your phone, it will also tell you the amount of memory they consume. You have the option to kill individual programs or all running programs on the phone.
Processes This tab will show you all of the running processes on your phone. These are the applications that run in the background and can really start to bring the performance of your system down if you do not have an idea of what is running.
System This tab shows all of the programs running in the system. This will give you a true idea of whether you have enabled something in android which is slowing down your phone or if it is an application.
