Earlier today I asked our Twitter followers from @AndroidAnarchy to post some of the Android apps they have been using. Below is a list of 6 applications that were posted by your fellow Android Anarchy readers.
@jtalwine recommends "The Wars" by Chillingo Progress from the stone age to the nuclear age while destroying your enemies in the process.
Here was the final developer presentation from Ravi at RavWare Software Inc. Ravi takes development to a new level as he looks at it from the embedded side of things and talks about using Android on embedded devices such as the use with RFIDs.
Wanted to post out our videos from the Chicago GTUG event we attended on Saturday. This was a great event if you ignore the fact that Google gave away free Motorola Droids. Here are some of the videos from the final presentations by the developer groups, complete with an empty canada dry ginger ale bottle.
Note these are videos on UStream. If you need to view these you need the Ustream Viewer application.
Please note that these videos were streamed live on my Nexus One over a wifi connection to Ustream and afterwards uploaded to Ustream. My battery went dead during the recording of Ravware's presentation, however we may be able to salvage some more videos on Grant's droid and get those up to UStream. We are currently trying.
Chicago Google Technology User Group (#ChiGTUG) is proud to present Android development workshops and hackathon. We are lucky here in Chicago to have a very vibrant community of Android phone developers, in big part due to presence of major corporations like Google, Motorola and IBM as well as many entrepreneurs.
