With Google's Jan. 5th Android press conference looming, I thought we would go over what we know now about the Nexus One. The anticipation is mounting as the story of the rumored iPhone challenger Nexus One slowly builds into a reality. From what we know now, this will be an Android phone unlike any other. Google has been rumored to have taken the lead in designing both the hardware and software of the HTC manufactured phone. The Nexus One is likely to be optimized for use with Google software applications. If you needed more content than the leak of images and specs that were provided we even found a link to a Nexus One accessory provider. The site seidio.com provides a sign up link for those who want to be the first to know about and see the accessories available for the Nexus One.
As for providers, we learned that T-Mobile will be handling the calling and data plans for the Nexus One. Google itself may be making the leap into selling the phone directly from its site. As much as we think we might know about the Nexus One at this time, we assuredly will know far more on Jan. 5th. Rest assured that we will be following this release every step of the way.
